At David Ogden Holidays, should we find that we can not operate a holiday for any reason, our first priority will be to find and offer our customers a suitable alternative so not to be disappointed. Should the alternatives offered not be suitable, credit for a future holiday or a refund will be offered.
Should you not be able to travel on your holiday please refer to our Trading Charter regarding Cancellation Charges. We highly recommend Holiday Insurance is taken to cover against any losses that may be incurred should you need to cancel your holiday.
